After a lot of feedback and a great deal of struggling to keep up with the porn and spam producers I have had to revert to this old system of manually accepting new members into the forum.

The argument that finally swayed me was that there can be people who may wish to follow this forum who will have had traumatic histories. And I can not allow commercially motivated morons to upset our readers by peddling their porn and other spam here.

I hope this will resolve the vast bulk of off topic conversation wasted on these people.
